Effective Date: 08 January 2026
(A) Terms of Reference
- To oversee the operation and services of the student and staff canteens of the college;
- To administer tenders and contracts for operating the canteens;
- To be accountable to the Assembly of Fellows.
(B) Composition
- Up to 18 members (excluding student representatives);
- The Chairperson is appointed by the Assembly of Fellows, while the Secretary is appointed by the College Secretary.
(C) Meeting Schedule
- The Committee has at least one meeting for every academic year;
- The Chairperson calls for meetings whenever needed.
