In order to appeal for more support from our alumni, our “Alumni Fundraising Task Force” will be holding the “New Asia Forward Fund Kick Off Ceremony” on the 10th of May at Hui Kwok Hau Hall, G/F of Mei Yun Tang. We hope to share the message of College’s need for development with our alumni and encourage them to support the new generation of New Asia College. All New Asians are cordially invited to attend the ceremony and witness the launch of the fundraising campaign.

In order to continue our education mission, we need to advance our resources, to sustain our development in the long run. The College established an Alumni Fundraising Task Force, which consists of alumni of different decades, to act as a strategical think tank. The members are alumni graduated from the 60s to the 00s, our college trustees are also included.

New Asia College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) has recently received a generous donation of HK$15 million from the Tin Ka Ping Foundation (the Foundation) to support a programme named “Replant Spiritual Roots, Nourish our Talents” and the construction of its new hostel. The Programme will promote Chinese culture and will establish new scholarships and bursaries.

Start Anew, Enrich our students
Since my assumption of duty as the College Head for a year, I saw how much the pandemic affected the study of our students. I have been working with my management team to discuss the best ways to help our students. Thanks for the efforts made by our colleagues, we overcame lots of obstacles. In the beginning of this year, I would like to share with you our latest developments, and would like to invite you to nourish our students together.
