• Gained an in-depth understanding of the concept of “simplicity” in traditional Chinese culture, as well as its significance in real life.
• Professors delivered a series of lectures centered on the theme of “simplicity”, which deepened my comprehension of this concept. “simplicity” embodies natural frugal and effortless living; it represents a life with space and restraint. Participating in this training program on Chinese virtues has provided profound inspiration for both my personal life and future teaching.
• Enhanced my understanding of the noble traditional virtues of Chinese culture and the essence of “simplicity”, while learning about how other Tin Ka Ping schools implement the practice of cultivating Chinese virtues.
• Through experts’ interpretations from various perspectives, I gained a deeper insight into the connotation and substance of “simplicity” within Chinese virtues.
• Reflected on my own educational practices and resolved to apply what I have learned, passing on virtues in a way that is genuine and rooted in simplicity.
