Student Counselling

Student counselling is one of the major functions of the Dean of students’ Office of the College and students may need assistance and advices on various aspects throughout their study in the University.

The Committee on Student Counselling and Development is established to:

 

  1. promote general awareness among students on the importance of whole person development and mental health.
  2. foster a supportive learning environment which helps promote whole person development as well as students’ welfare.
  3. coordinate activities and events which encourage students to achieve self-awareness, acceptance, appreciation and personal growth.
  4. recommend strategies and policies related to student counselling and development.
  5. undertake any other duties and functions related to student counselling and development assigned by the College management.
