Shipping Information 

  • Items will be shipped out to the Courier Company within 3-5 working days upon full payment.
  • The College is not responsible for any loss or damage of products during the delivery process by the couriers.

Local, Macau, Taiwan & Mainland China: We will ship out the souvenirs by SF-express, the shipping fee is to be paid on arrival. For delivery charges please visit: (Non-documents, Origin: Hong Kong-Sha Tin-Ma Liu Shui).

For delivery to Mainland China, please upload the front and back of your ID card colour photos to (Size limit: not exceed 3M ; Format: JPG / PNG) after receiving the Waybill number.

For delivery to Taiwan, we may need to provide your identification document number to SF-Express. We will contact you and collect this information via email.  Also, you are required to (1) download mobile [EZ WAY] APP, and complete real-name verification registration to bind personal identification information with phone number through [EZ WAY] APP, (2) please use real Chinese full name and bound phone number when placing order (Recipient’s name and ID card number must be matched), (3) review and confirm the context of declaration when the parcel arriving Taiwan.

Other Areas: We will ship out the souvenirs by SF-express.  For delivery charges please visit:  OR (Non-documents, Origin: Hong Kong-Sha Tin-Ma Liu Shui).  After confirming the order, you will be notified by e-mail with an adjusted shipping fee within 3 working days for making payment. Items will be shipped out via the Courier Company within 3-5 working days upon full payment.

We currently accept international orders from the following countries: Australia, Canada, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, United Kingdom, USA.

Order Tracking 

Once the order is shipped, the waybill number would be provided via email for your reference and tracking of the delivery status.

Duties and Taxes 

If goods are delivered to areas outside Hong Kong, the customs office of the local country may levy duties and taxes on imported goods. Please note that the New Asia College does not charge any customs duties, and customers should be responsible for ALL duties and taxes. If customers are required to pay certain charges, our courier will contact the customers directly. You are suggested to contact your local customs office for details on duties and taxes. Order cancellation would not be accepted due to the customs charges levied on the orders.

Pick up in person 

Items will be ready for pick up at the College Office within 3-5 working days upon full payment.  Please make an appointment with our staff after you have completed the order by email ( or by phone (3943 7634).

Refund & Exchange 

No refund or exchange once the order is confirmed. 


  1. How does the College make use of the profits earned from souvenir sales? 
    All the revenue of the sales goes to our New Asia Fund. New Asia Fund is used by the College for all kinds of development projects. Therefore, your purchase is an act of supporting us!
  1. Why do I need to create an account? 
    By creating an account you may check for your order history. You will also receive various discounts from time to time.
  1. I am a New Asia Student / Alumni / Staff. Do I have any discount? 
    New Asia Student / Alumni / Staff may get a 10% discount for ALL orders by checking out with a VIP account. To get a VIP account, you must use your student (CUSIS) / alumni contact email address (the email which you usually receive news from CUHK) / CUHK email address (i.e. to create a new account. Please click here to upgrade to a VIP account after you have created your account. We will verify your identity in 5 working days and your account will be automatically upgraded.

    Please note that registration by other email addresses cannot get a VIP upgrade by any means.
  1. How long does it take to ship out the items? 
    After the order and payment are confirmed, the College will prepare the items in 3-5 working days. If everything goes well, your order will be shipped on the next working day. Should there be a shortage of items we will notify you by email.
  1. Can I purchase in person? 
    YES. However, we do not have a physical shop at our office that offers a shopping experience. Also, as our staff may be working on other tasks, we highly recommend you to order and pay online. We are happy to make an appointment with you for pick-up. Please also note that if you wish to pay in cash in person, there would be no changes for payment.
  1. Is there any other payment methods rather than credit card? 
    YES. You may pay by cash. (Not applicable on this online shopping platform)

    CASH: Please place order and make an appointment with our staff by sending an email to It is not necessary to place your order online. Please also note that there is NO change for cash payment.
  1. How do I know the items are still in stock? 
    In general, the stock information in this platform is updated. If we encounter an unexpected issue, we would notify you and arrange for a refund, or you may choose another item.
  1. Can I return and refund? 
    No refund or exchange once the order is confirmed.
  1. Is there any receipt for the order? 
    The confirmation email after your successful payment is the only acknowledgement of your purchase. The College does not issue other documents. 

Personal Information Collection Statement 

Unless you expressly instruct us otherwise, the processing of your personal data by the Site and the protection of your privacy shall be governed by this Personal Information Collection Statement (“the Statement”).


Statistic Data 

Upon your visit to The Site, our servers will automatically record information of your browser whenever you visit a website. This data may include:

  • Your computer’s IP address
  • Browser type
  • Webpage you were visiting before you came to our online shop
  • Pages within The Site you visit
  • Time spent on those pages, items and information searched for on our online shop, access times and dates, and other statistics.
  • This information is collected for analysis and evaluation in order to help us improve our online shop and the services and products we provide. This data will not be used in association with any other personal information.

Collection of Personal Information  

The Site may in various stages requests you to supply data that can ascertain your identity such as your full name, birth month, contact number, delivery address, e-mail address, user name and password when you access your site account or register a new site account.   

The Site could also collect data for the following purposes:

  • To process your orders and to provide you with the services and information offered through our online shop and which you request;
  • To deliver the products you have purchased from The Site;
  • To update you on the delivery of the product and for customer support purposes;
  • To provide you with relevant product information;
  • To operate the Site includes administrating your account or verifying and carrying out financial transactions in relation to payments you make;
  • To analyze the markets of our online shop’s products and prepare customer lists for market research purposes;
  • To improve the layout and/or content of the pages of our online shop and customize them for users;
  • To handle complaints and enquiries;
  • To give you any notices as required by the law;
  • To send you marketing and promotional materials upon consent.

All data that can ascertain one’s identity, excluding your user name and password of your e-mail address, shall be stored in the server of this website and will only be disclosed within our online shop for internal use only.  


We may pass your name and address onto a third party in order to make delivery of the product to you, which includes personal information to our designated couriers and online payment service provider. Payments that you make through the Site will be processed by Jetco. Any information you submit should be accurate and up-to-date. Inform us immediately of any changes. 

Your actual order details may be stored with us. However, you may access this information by logging into your site account. Here you can view the details of your orders that have been completed, those which are open, and those which are shortly to be dispatched and administer your address details, bank details and any newsletter to which you may have subscribed. You undertake to treat the personal access data confidentially and not make it available to unauthorized third parties. We cannot assume any liability for misuse of passwords unless this misuse is our fault. 

The Site shall only use your data in relation to the purposes of collection as stipulated in Section of “PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION” above or any other purposes permitted by the law. The Site does not sell, share or trade customers’/visitors’ personal information collected online with third parties. Personal information collected online will only be disclosed within The Site for internal use only.

We only keep your personal information for as long as it is required for the purpose for which it was collected or as otherwise required by law. We will take appropriate measures to destroy or permanently de-identify your personal information if we no longer need to retain it.  


We will not share your information with any other organizations other than related companies and those third parties directly related to the delivery of the products you have purchased from The Site. In exceptional circumstances, The Site may be required to disclose personal information, such as we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of The Site, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction. The Site is committed to complying with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
