NA-affiliated Professor Cheng Sze-lok Alfred, Professor, School of Biomedical Sciences, Professor Hui Xiaoyan Hannah, Assistant Professor, School of Biomedical Sciences, Professor Kwong Fuk-yee, Professor, Department of Chemistry, and Professor Zhou Renjie, Associate Professor, Department of Biomedical Engineering received funding support from the National Natural Science Foundation of China/ Research Grants Council Joint Research Scheme. Each of them can receive a maximum grant of HK$1.25 million for a period of 48 months. The scheme aims to promote collaboration between researchers and research teams in Hong Kong and the mainland by complementing the existing strengths of both sides.
