NA-affiliated Professor Li Cheng of the School of Life Sciences, Professor Li Hongsheng of the Department of Electronic Engineering, Professor Li Lili of the Department of Clinical Oncology, as well as Professor Lu Xinhui of the Department of Physics received funding support from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Research Grants Council Joint Research Scheme. Each of them can receive a maximum grant of HK$1.25 million for a period of 48 months. The scheme aims to promote collaboration between researchers and research teams in Hong Kong and the Mainland by complementing the existing strengths of both sides.
