NA-affiliated Professor Li Man-chun Martin, Associate Professor of the Department of Mathematics, and Professor Zhou Renjie, Associate Professor of the Department of Biomedical Engineering, received an award from the 2025/26 Research Grants Council (RGC)’s RGC Research Fellow Scheme in recognition of their distinguished research achievements. Professor Li’s research project is “Minimal Surfaces in Geometry, Phase Transition and General Relativity”, while Professor Zhou’s research project is “High-sensitivity Morphomolecular Microscopy for High-throughput Imaging Applications”. They will be given the title “RGC Research Fellow” and receive a fellowship grant of about HK$5.5 million over a period of 60 months respectively.
