Located in “Mei Yun Tang”, “Hui Kwok Hau Hall” was open for usage this academic year, as a multipurpose hall with a capacity of 300 people. A wide range of activities have been organised in the hall in the past months, including seminars, workshops, film screenings, musical performances and ceremonies. Mr. Hui Kwok-hau, Dr. Hui Yiu-kwan and their family members who donated to the venue, visited the hall on 6 November 2023 to see the latest facilities.

Mr. Hui Kwok-hau and Dr. Hui Yiu-kwan are both descendants of Mr. Hui Yeung-shing, a leading local businessman, and long-time supporters of the College. Despite an age of 102, Mr. Hui Kwok-hau still made generous donations in 2014 to support the construction of the new student hostel and purchase of new equipment. As a token of appreciation for their support of the construction of the new hostel, the multipurpose hall was named “Hui Kwok Hau Hall”.
