The College organised a number of workshops on “Genuine Communication — Intensive Training on Presentation and Communication Skills” in November 2023. The workshops, hosted by Mr. James Bryce, a professional trainer in communication and presentation skills, and sponsored by Dr. Wong Kwai-lam, Vice-Chairperson of the College Board of Trustees, aim to enable our students and alumni to communicate with others confidently during interviews, presentations and daily conversations; enhancing communication and presentation skills; and mastering techniques for effective team dynamics. Over 10 students and alumni participated in the workshops. Participants with outstanding performance were presented awards by the College, among which College alumnus Ms. Wu Xi (22/Anthropology) was selected as the champion of this year’s workshop.

An award presentation dinner was held at Yun Chi Hsien on 4 March 2024. Dr. Wong Kwai-lam, programme sponsor and College Trustee, joined us at the dinner to celebrate the achievements of the participants, and presented awards to outstanding participants together with College Head Professor Sun-On Chan.
