On 12 July 2025, around 30 members of the New Asia College Alumni Association of Ontario, CUHK came together for a delightful summer gathering themed “Local Delicacies You Miss”. The potluck gathering featured a wide array of nostalgic dishes, and one highlight of the afternoon was a live cooking demonstration by an alumnus chef who shared the secrets behind making authentic Hong Kong-style French toast. With delicious food and enthusiastic participation, alumni from different generations enjoyed a joyful and memorable afternoon together.
