The online application Swapping Hostel Places at New Asia Student Hostels of academic year 2023/2024 will be held from 04 to 10 September 2023.  Interested students should read through the following notes before submitting Online Application for Swapping Hostel Places to the College on or before 11:59 p.m. on 10 September 2023.

Notes:

1. Consent from all current and prospective student residents MUST be sought before submission. Application will be cancelled if objection is received from any current or prospective student residents.
2. Applicants submitting false statements are liable to the following penalties: Students will have their places recalled and hostel fees forfeited. They will be disqualified in the hostel application of the following year, referred to the Committee on Student Discipline and to bear criminal liability.
3. Both applicants must have been offered with the same residence period.
4. Applicants should state all the information clearly. Incomplete and unclear statements may lead to failures or delays of applications. No appeals on the aforementioned will be accepted.
5. All information provided in this form will be used for hostel swapping and destroyed in due course.
6. Incomplete and late applications will not be accepted.
7. Multiply submissions of the online application are accepted within the designated application period(s). Only the final submission record will be processed.  Late amendments are not accepted.
8. The swapping application would be finally approved by the College.
