The Committee on Environmental Protection of New Asia College and the Staff Association of New Asia College are co-organizing a visit to Fung Yuen Butterfly Reserve, a protected site that’s home to over 200 species of butterflies (about 90% of butterfly species in Hong Kong), including the pretty Common Birdwing and White Dragontail varieties.

A guided tour will be arranged for participants to learn more about the ecology of Hong Kong such as butterflies, the characteristics of animals and plants, the cultural history of Fung Yuen, as well as the threats to ecological conservation and its significance. All NA students, staff and their family members are welcome!

*Shuttle bus is provided between CUHK and destination

Quota: 25, only for NA students, staff and their family members (priority is given to members of Staff Association of New Asia College)
Fee: Free of charge (deposit of HK$50 per head will be collected and refunded upon completion of the event)
