The distribution of graduation gowns will be from 7-8 March 2024 (Thursday to Friday) at the Lobby, G/F, Cheng Ming Building. Here are some information about the arrangement:

1.         Gown Collection/Return 
The College has prepared the information sheet detailing all the arrangement which include the respective date and time for each faculty’s students to collect and return the graduation gowns. 

Please check the gowns carefully and if any graduate would like to change the gowns because of damage found or unfit size, please come to Lobby, G/F, Cheng Ming Building, New Asia College from 9:30am to 12:30pm on 12 March 2024 (Tuesday) for necessary arrangement. While spare gowns/caps/hoods are limited, graduates are advised to request for a replacement as soon as practicable.

2.          Letter of Undertaking for Gown Borrowing
All graduates who borrow the gowns are required to sign an online undertaking to confirm that they will abide by the regulations stipulated in the undertaking. Graduates should submit the letter of undertaking online before collecting the gowns in the designated time-slot. Please be informed that graduates are not allowed to borrow the gowns without signing the undertaking.

The Graduation Photo-taking Day is now scheduled for 22 March 2024 (Friday). Detailed arrangement will be announced in due course.
