The distribution of graduation gowns will be from 14-15 March 2023 (Tuesday to Wednesday) at the Lobby, G/F, Cheng Ming Building. Here are some information about the arrangement:

1.         Gown Collection/Return 
The College has prepared the information sheet with all the arrangement details, which include the respective date and time for each faculty to collect the graduation gowns, and for each student to return the gowns. 

Please check the gowns carefully and if any graduate would like to change the gowns because of damage found or unfit size, please contact Dean of Students’ Office by 17 March 2023 (Friday). While spare gowns/caps/hoods are limited, graduates are advised to request for a replacement as soon as practicable.

2.          Letter of Undertaking for Gown Borrowing
All graduates who borrow the gowns are required to sign a letter of undertaking to show that they will abide by the regulations mentioned in the undertaking. Graduates should submit the letter of undertaking online before collecting the gowns in the designated time-slot. Please be informed that graduates are not allowed to borrow the gowns if they do not submit the undertaking.

The Graduation Photo-taking Day is now scheduled on 24 March 2023 (Friday). Detailed arrangement will be announced in due course.
