New Asia College and New Asia Middle School share the same origin. The NAvigation Buddy Programme refers to a partnership program between students of the two schools, aiming to establish long-term partnerships between students of both schools, assisting secondary school students in coping with learning difficulties and developing personal interests. Simultaneously, it allows university students to develop leadership skills, fostering a spirit of cooperation and service.

This program is currently accepting applications and is open to all NA students. Eight to ten students who are interested in careers of education or social services will be considered. Additionally, trainings of basic educational theories, teaching, and counseling skills will be provided by experienced teachers.

The programme will run throughout the entire 2024/25 academic year. Services include homework tutoring and organizing various extracurricular activities for Middle School students, while allowances will be provided to programme participants. Programme participants who complete this programme and perform well will receive scholarships as commendation.
