Several family flats (one bedroom), male single rooms and female single rooms at the Friendship Lodge are now open for application from all full-time colleagues affiliated with New Asia College. Current tenants may apply for lease renewal. Applicants of family flats should be married full-time staff, while all applicants and/or their spouses must not be entitled to housing benefits from the University or their respective employer. Applications will be assessed by the College’s Standing Committee mainly based on the applicants’ operational needs and their contributions to the College.
