In 2019, I purused a conventional route and transited to CUHK. Originally placed in a college different from my preference, I applied for a college transfer and eventually joined the family of New Asia College.

I’ve always gravitated towards challenges, seeking paths less trodden. My accolades range from participation in the New Asia Young Scholars Scheme to roles as a student representative in various NA sub-committees. My academic explorations took me from Yale's hallowed halls to the dynamic environment of Fudan, making my journey distinctly unparalleled.

Navigating these varied academic terrains was rewarding but came with financial burdens. I was very fortunate to have received the scholarships from the college, which have provided me not only the financial support, but also aspired me to loftier my academic and professional summits. I could not be more thankful for the support from the college and its recognition of my achievements. I sincerely hope that I can pay back the college some day and ensure others are privy to the same chances that sculpted my journey.
