The Committee on Environmental Protection of New Asia College is organizing a visit to Tai Lung Experimental Station, the only crop experimental farm operated by the Government in Hong Kong, and where the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD) conducts studies to search for and put on trial production methods and crop varieties that suit the local environment, thereby supporting local agriculture.
Participants will visit the facilities there through a guided tour, and also learn more about the station’s efforts in promoting local agricultural products and raising agricultural productivity.
