Dear Alumni / Staff Members,
Thank you once again for registering for the New Asia College 76th Founders’ Day celebrations. We are pleased to inform you that the Tea Reception and the Banquet for Thousand People will proceed as scheduled on Friday, 26 September. For safety reasons, the Banquet will be relocated to an indoor venue.
- The Tea Reception venue remains unchanged, and will be held at 5:00 PM at Yun Chi Hsien, G/F, Leung Hung Kee Building.
- The Banquet for Thousand People will be held at Charles Leung Gymnasium (NA Gym). Entry time remains 6:30 PM.
Important Notes:
- Guests who have already received banquet tickets may enter the gym directly and find their seats according to the seat number printed on the ticket.
- Guests who have not yet received tickets should go to the Reception Counter in front of Mrs David Lam Hall for assistance.
- To avoid crowding before the opening, please arrive at the venue as early as possible.
- The Opening Ceremony will begin promptly at 7:00 PM.
Shuttle Bus Arrangements:
- 4:15 PM – 5:00 PM: Shuttle buses will pick up Tea Reception guests near Exit A of University Station.
- 6:15 PM – 7:15 PM: Shuttle buses will pick up Banquet guests near Exit A of University Station.
- 8:45 PM – 10:00 PM: Shuttle buses will be available at New Asia College to take guests back to the University Station.
