Remarks:

1. Graduates who wish to attend the Graduation Ceremony should visit https://cong.cuhk.edu.hk/page/1 to complete online registration on or before 30 September 2025. Graduates should also follow the University’s guidelines to arrange for gown rental.

2. Light meal sets will be provided after the College Graduation Ceremony outside the Staff Student Centre – Leung Hung Kee Building. Each New Asia graduate attending the ceremony will receive three complimentary light meal sets. Please indicate the number of meal sets required and specify whether a vegetarian option is needed in the online registration form on or before 30 September 2025.

3. Graduates will be able to check the registration list for the College Graduation Ceremony on the College website from mid-October 2025 onwards.

4. Admission tickets, meal coupons, and further information about the Ceremony will be sent to registered graduates in late October 2025.
