The distribution of graduation gowns will be from 27-28 February 2025 (Thursday to Friday) at the Lobby, G/F, Cheng Ming Building. Here is some information about the arrangement:

1. Gown Collection/Return
The College has prepared the guidelines detailing all the arrangement which include the respective date and time for each faculty’s students to collect and return the graduation gowns. 

Please check the gowns carefully and if any graduate would like to change the gowns because of damage found or unfit size, please come to the Dean of Students’ Office of the College at 1/F, Cheng Ming Building, New Asia College from 9:30am to 12:30pm on 4 March 2025 (Tuesday) for necessary arrangement. While spare gowns/caps/hoods are limited, graduates are advised to request for a replacement as soon as practicable.

2. Letter of Undertaking for Gown Borrowing
All graduates who borrow the gowns are required to sign an online undertaking to confirm that they will abide by the regulations stipulated in the undertaking. Graduates should submit the undertaking online before collecting the gowns in the designated time-slot. Please be informed that graduates are not allowed to borrow the gowns without signing the undertaking.

The Graduation Photo-taking Day is now scheduled for 14 March 2025 (Friday). Detailed arrangement will be announced in due course.
