1. Gown Rental Results

Students who have submitted the registration form for gown borrowing may check the result of gown rental here.

2. Gown Collection and Return Arrangements

Graduation gowns will be distributed from 26–27 February 2026 (Thursday to Friday) at the Lobby, G/F, Cheng Ming Building.

The College has prepared detailed guidelines outlining all arrangements, including the specific dates and times designated for each faculty to collect and return the graduation gowns. Graduates are advised to read the guidelines carefully before collection.

Graduates are reminded to inspect the gown, cap, and hood carefully upon collection. If a replacement is needed due to damage or incorrect size, please visit the Dean of Students’ Office (1/F, Cheng Ming Building) on 3 March 2026 (Tuesday), 9:30 am–12:30 pm. As spare gowns, caps, and hoods are limited, graduates are encouraged to request a replacement as early as practicable.

3. Letter of Undertaking for Gown Borrowing

Students who wish to borrow a graduation gown must complete and sign an online undertaking, confirming their agreement to comply with all regulations stated therein. The signed undertaking must be submitted online before gown collection. Please note that students who fail to submit the undertaking will not be permitted to borrow a gown.

The Graduation Photo-taking Day is scheduled for 20 March 2026 (Friday). Detailed arrangements will be announced in due course.
