Hosted by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, and organized in collaboration with the College’s Committee on Language and Culture, this one‑week programme aims to equip students with basic French language skills, introduce Vietnamese culture, and explore the influence of the French language on local cultural development. Through French lessons, cultural exchange activities, and field trips, the programme enhances students’ language proficiency and deepens their intercultural understanding. Upon completion, students will receive a certificate issued by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City.
Programme includes:
- French Language Learning: Pronunciation, basic grammar, and daily conversation (Medium of instruction: English and French)
- Cultural Exchange Activities: Interaction with local students and experiences of Vietnamese cuisine, traditional clothing, and cultural practices
- Field trips: Visits to major historical and cultural landmarks in Ho Chi Minh City

Fee:
HK$2,800* (including round‑trip airfare to Vietnam#, accommodation and activity fees). Participants are responsible for their own visa, meals, local transportation, and personal expenses.
* Participation fee HK$800 will be refunded upon the completion of the programme.
# All participants should travel on the same flight for both the outbound and inbound journeys.
Eligibility:
- All New Asia College students are welcome to apply.
- Interview is required.
- A minimum of 12 participants is required for the programme to proceed.
- Participants have to submit an individual study report and a group vlog video upon the completion of the programme.
