In today’s fast-paced world, our thoughts and emotions are often triggered by external noise and inner dialogue. Do these thoughts bring fulfillment, or do they lead to stress and anxiety?

 

Join us for the “禪繞畫” Zentangle® Workshop and experience the healing power of structured drawing. This workshop will introduce simple yet powerful techniques to help you stay mindful, improve focus and awareness, promote creativity, and relax. No prior art experience is required, just come with an open mind and enjoy the process!
