(A) Terms of Reference

  1. Actively promote the College’s Diversity and Inclusion Policy (“the Policy”), and review the content of the Policy from time to time to achieve its goals and objectives, while ensuring the effective implementation of relevant initiatives.
  2. Collect reports and updates on Policy-related matters submitted by sub-committees, the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, and other units of the College (as applicable).
  3. Propose specific objectives and key performance indicators during the strategic planning process, with recommendations aligned with the achievements of the College’s diversity and inclusion agenda.
  4. To be accountable to the Assembly of Fellows.

(B) Composition

  1. Up to 18 members (excluding student representatives);
  2. The Chairperson is appointed by the Assembly of Fellows, while the Secretary is appointed by the College Secretary.

(C) Meeting Schedule

  1. The Committee has at least one meeting every academic year;
  2. The Chairperson calls for meetings whenever needed.
